Second Detective story of the Office for Combating Economic Crimes (UBEP) Moscow police Irina Volk “Temptation Modigliani” will open the reader the secrets of the investigation of crimes in the credit and financial system. The basis of a new book was the events that took place in real life.

“I do not want to reveal the plot of a book, but I will say that in it there is a romantic relationship of poetess Anna Akhmatova with the great Amedeo Modigliani. Events are taking place not only in our time, but at the beginning of the romantic and heavy twentieth century. Love of two great person, two geniuses, as reflected in their art, will always be a subject of study for fine art expert, but also the object of offenders assault, “- said Volk at the press conference.

Irina did not hide the fact that during the writing of the manuscript is often appealed to the aid of colleagues who advised her, talked about the secrets of solving crimes in the financial sector.

One of the main objectives of the book, she said – professionally to tell the reader how to operate the bank staff UBEP department. After all, crime in the credit and financial system is a serious crime, for the disclosure of which need a lot of time, effort and professionalism, said Volk.

However, she assured that the detective would not benefit fraudsters to their machinations, as the mysteries of the organs that could be useful in criminal activities in the pages of the book is not disclosed.

“Temptation Modigliani” have highly appreciated by Russian movie stars and sports – Lubov Tolkalina, Sergei Bezrukov and Roman Kostomarov.

According to the author, Tolkalina and Bezrukov especially liked the love line relationship between Akhmatova and Modigliani, as Kostomarov more appreciated economic line. In addition, the star of our film directors were advised to pay attention to the book as the basis for an action movie.

Irina itself is already considering the plot of a new book.

“I liked to write about the connection of the present with the past, so perhaps in the next work, I turn to the events of history. And I want to write about corruption,” – said Volk.
